House - Flipping.

There are so many opportunities to purchase real estate, renovate it, and then sell to willing buyers. I work with a network of real estate investors who have a wealth of knowledge in hard money lending, access to various contractors, and understanding of how to obtain licenses and permits. Short and Long Term Rental.

I’m currently building an inventory of homes that I will make available to rent. When you want to visit popular vacation spots such as Florida, Dominican Republic, Las Vegas, or Texas. I plan to make available luxury short term rentals you can choose from for your vacation getaway. These places are very posh and fully furnished. It’ll be comparable to having your own vacation home. On the other hand, you may be looking to rent a home for a minimum of 2 years. You’ll have the option to choose from the listing of homes I’ll have for long term rental.
